Materials & Finish

The Ball Chair is constructed from a reinforced fiberglass shell, finished with a high-gloss lacquer in white or custom colors. The interior is fully upholstered in premium fabric or leather with high-density foam padding, available in a range of colors. This combination of glossy fiberglass and soft textile interior creates the chair’s iconic futuristic aesthetic.

The enclosed form provides acoustic shielding and visual privacy, creating a cocoon-like seating experience. The padded interior panels deliver ergonomic comfort while the swivel base allows flexible orientation. Lightweight yet robust, the Ball Chair integrates easily into modern interiors as a sculptural statement piece while remaining practical for lounge or reading use. Its iconic design makes it both functional furniture and a collectible design object.

Comfort & Functionality

The spherical shell is precision-molded from fiberglass for stability and strength. The interior seating cavity is lined with foam padding and fitted with individually upholstered panels for durability and comfort. The entire sphere is mounted on a concealed swivel mechanism integrated into a circular fiberglass base, allowing smooth 360° rotation. All seams are hand-finished to ensure durability and visual purity.
